Refund and Service Guarantee Policy

​At SPIDAR, we are dedicated to effectively identifying and removing poison ivy from your property. Due to the natural and spreading characteristics of invasive plants, we offer the following policies:

• Service Guarantee: If poison ivy re-emerges in the exact same treated zone within 14 days of our removal, we will re-treat the area at no additional cost.

• Refund Eligibility: Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with the initial detection or removal results, you must notify us within 48 hours of the completed service.

• Non-Refundable Services: Once our detection and removal services have been fully completed on your property, service fees are generally non-refundable unless the re-treatment guarantee is activated and cannot be fulfilled.
