1. Scope of Service & Manual Methods
SPIDAR provides strictly manual poison ivy removal services. We pull, dig, and manually extract roots and vines without the use of chemical herbicides.

2. Liability Waiver & Client Responsibilities
Because poison ivy oils (urushiol) can remain active on surfaces and in the soil, SPIDAR is not liable for any allergic reactions, rashes, or medical issues contracted by clients, household members, or guests after the service is completed. Clients must keep children, pets, and themselves clear of the designated work area during the removal process and for 24 hours following completion.

3. Growth Disclaimer & Regrowth Policy
Manual removal is highly effective but invasive roots can sometimes fracture underground. SPIDAR offers a 30-day regrowth guarantee. If new poison ivy sprouts from the exact treated area within 30 days of service, we will return to manually extract it at no additional cost. This guarantee does not cover new growth emerging from dormant seeds or root systems outside the original workspace.
